Hey Kate! Are you back to blogging??? I've missed you! Got out of the habit of checking your blog. I've been a busy little musical person, and now I'm a busy gardener, planting potatos today! I wish I had a growing season... zone 3 is sooooo short, we had frost just a couple days ago!

Very nice. I am enjoying your photos as a from of vicarious gardening. No more gardening for me - I'm one of the people who didn't recover fully from Lyme, so god knows I don't want to get bit again. But the pictures are lovely! Thank you for posting them.

I love walking by big semi-hedges of these and taking in their aroma as it catches the breeze. (They grow in bunches all by themselves in the Columbia Gorge in certain spots.)
