Nature's first green is gold...

Nothing Gold Can Stay

Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

Aw Katiedid, a big ((((Hug)))) for you. :-)

Thanks for noticing.

Yes, I'm still taking my class, but it's almost over. It's been fun and interesting and I've learned a lot, which I will begin telling you guys soon.

I get to take classes for free at the college I work for, but I don't think I'll be taking another one too soon because it's just too time consuming. Last week I covered a friend's reference shift on Monday evening - so I worked till 7pm, Tues evening I was in class till 8pm, Wed was my normal 7pm ref shift, Thursday was the lab for the class till 8pm and last night was my son's track practice till 7pm.

I also have a 1/2 hour to 45 min. commute each way to my job, so I didn't get home till 8-9 pm eavery night. I'm pretty tired of it, and I feel like I've hardly seen my family this semester.

The cool thing is my son has been able to come to some of the labs and we've taken hikes outdoors, collected water samples, frogs eggs, turtles, crayfish, etc. seen beaver and geese and deer. And my teacher brings his kids too, who are Danny's age. Anyway, once the class is over I'll blog all about it. :-)

Love to you and your family! :-)
