Sorry I haven't posted. We have the flu.
Not the pseudo-flu, but the real-honest-to-God-used-to-kill-people-fever-of-103-body-aches--teeth-chattering-chills-headache-hacking-unproductive-cough-choking-on-phlem-can't-breathe- sleep-all-day-in-sweaty-sheets-and-beg-for-mercy-influenza.

Hope you feel better soon - I hear the current strain going around is particularly nasty, too. So sorry - it's bad enough to have it yourself, but when your kid gets it, too it's really awful :(

Thanks all you guys, it really helped me to read all your good wishes. :-) I am feeling better today. I took Danny to the Dr. yesterday and he has mycoplasma, but I don't think we have it because Dave and I are feeling better. Thanks.
Mycoplasma is a precursor to phneumonia is it not? I could Google it... hope he's feeling better!
Unrelated subject, I decided to delete Fuck Me Now cuz I got involved with yet another blog, and that blog gets so little traffic. I know it was your favorite, I hope you can forgive me and visit me at Legs!

Yeah, mycoplasma is a type of pneumonia, it's also called "walking pneumonia". He is taking antibiotics and seems like a whole new kid. Today is the first day none of us has a fever! WooHoo! Don't know how good that is until you've had a fever for 4 days straight. :-) I'm still pretty tired though, so I'm home resting up.
I'm glad you all made it through the plague. More good thoughts toward you ... xoxo
