There are still roses, parsley, green beans (although we let them get too big and tough), celery, kale, a few carrots, lavender, mums... it's such a weird fall. Very warm for the end of October.
I don't, but I have dried them for tea at times. I don't spray them, so they're ok. You have to remove the little white part from each petal so they aren't bitter. What I want to do is grow some rugosa roses so I can have rosehips in the fall. :-)

Can't you feel the glaciers melting? I keep saying, "Isn't it a beautiful day? Who knew the end of the world would be so nice?"
Those roses are lurvely. This is the toastiest November 1 I think I've ever had.
