What type of rose is that? It's gorgeous!
Hi Trina, it's "Gruss An Achen". It's my favorite rose. It blooms and blooms and it smells great too.
Whoops, sorry about the spelling. I always forget that extra "a" in there. It's spelled: Grüss an Aachen'. Those wacky Germans! :-)
Very nice, and I think it's kind of neat when roses persist past the usual growing times. Gives the illusion that you can still cling to some shred of summer well into the cooler seasons.
Gruss An Achen, will have to get one, it is so wonderful!! I had my last rose about a week or so ago,,
I have roses too...It was a late summer so I guess it's a late fall too.
