It is delicious! It tastes like greens. Not as squeeky as spinach or swiss chard, and not at tough or stringy as collards. Kale can be slightly bitter, but if prepared the way I describe above, it's not bitter at all. :-) I'll bring you some!
Mmmm. I love kale, it's a bit less tender than spinach, so it seems like it's got more "bite" to me. I tend to leave the leaf stems, though, since I like the chewiness. I either deposit the leaves into already boiling water and rinse with cold water after, or I just steam them. And bubbles, I usually just serve mine with olive oil, too.
